Warehouse Quality Coordinator

The Warehouse Quality Coordinator will be responsible for providing assistance to the area Supervisor(s) by supporting inventory inspections, quality control, file maintenance, and safety standards. This position will be responsible for identifying process improvements and help to develop sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities / Qualifications

Warehouse Quality Coordinator key responsibilities include :

• Coordinating the administration of the quality program under the direction of the Quality Supervisor.
• Serving on cross-functional teams to support the Distribution and Inventory Departments.
• Coordinating and assisting in inbound and outbound inspections.
• Coordinating and assisting in preparing inspection reports and maintaining files of inspection documents.
• Reviewing inspection records received from suppliers for compliance.
• Preparing and coordinating Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's) for nonconforming product.
• Preparing and coordinating Corrective Action Request (CAR) and Preventative Action Request (PAR) documentation issuance, review and follow-up.
• Developing FMEA documentation to support a quality distribution network.
• Complying with all OSHA, federal, and state policies that optimizes safety within the facility.
• Performing other work-related tasks as assigned.
