Responsibilities : Full-Time Day Physician Position with no call and no nights. Join our collaborative care team at St. Joseph Medical Center, a level II trauma regional medical center in Tacoma, WA, with 385 beds. Procedures include OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT. Compensation includes Year 1 : up to $605,000 (guaranteed salary $505,000, up to $50,000 Quality Bonus, and $50,000 Starting Bonus). Year 2 : up to $555,000 (base $505,000 and up to $50,000 Quality Bonus). Benefits include 10 weeks off, comprehensive insurance, retirement plans, relocation assistance, employer paid life insurance, disability programs, and CME reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Completed ACGME Accredited Anesthesiology Residency
• Board Certified (or eligible) in Anesthesiology, with certification within 24 months of training completion
• State of Washington Medical License
• Ability to obtain DEA with full prescriptive authority

$242.79 - $266.83 / hour
