Heavy Equipment Technical Support Representative

We are looking for employees who can perform quality work and meet deadlines with or without direct supervision. They will need to interact professionally with other employees and customers. Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations. The primary purpose of the Technical Support Technician is to assist end users and dealers in diagnosis and repair of equipment via phone, email and fax.

Responsibilities

• Hydraulics

Understand hydraulic equipment and systems

Understands 12 Volt electrical systems

Troubleshoots pneumatic systems

Occasionally assist with training classes for customers on equipment repair, operation and maintenance

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm with rotating after-hours on-call duties at our Clinton, IA location.
