We are currently seeking an experienced Paralegal for our client specializing in commercial real estate law, located in mid-Westchester. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing real estate documents, conducting due diligence, coordinating closings, and resolving property-related issues. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree, 2–3 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management software, and strong organizational skills. A Paralegal Certificate is a plus but not required. This is a fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with clients, lenders, brokers, and counsel to facilitate smooth transactions. This is a permanent full-time position; Hours : Optional 9 : 30-5 : 30 or 10-6; Salary : $70K
