Job Description

Requirements Translation & Documentation :

Translate business functional requirements into detailed technical mapping documents

Identify and document specific Salesforce tables fields and relationships needed for EDP view and report development

Create comprehensive data lineage documentation from Salesforce sources to reporting outputs

Technical Analysis & Design :

Analyze Salesforce data model structure across multiple applications (Clevist FMOS iResolve LmIS IWD RPMS DSMS)

Design optimal data extraction and transformation approaches for EDP integration

Assess data quality integrity and availability constraints within Salesforce environments

Stakeholder Liaison & Communication :

Serve as primary technical bridge between business analysts and IT development teams

Facilitate. technical requirements gathering sessions

Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice versa

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Partner with EDP teams on data pipeline design and implementation

Collaborate with reporting teams to ensure technical feasibility of business requirements

Work closely with Salesforce administrators and developers to validate data access and extraction methods
