Job descriptionPrevious experience within a dealership service department, ideally in a supervisory or senior role Good organisational skills with the ability to assist in daily operations Strong customer service skills and the ability to address customer issues professionally Familiarity with dealership DMS systems and processes Full UK manual driving licence with minimal points Assisting the Aftersales Manager with managing the Aftersales team Helping to enhance customer satisfaction Recruitment and Training with the Service, Parts and Workshop teams Ensuring targets set are met and exceeded Maximising profitability of the Aftersales Department.
Our Client is a dealership and they're currently seeking an Assistant Aftersales Manager to join their team in the Aberdeen area.
