IT Manager

GreenPoint Ag is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our technology operations and ensure secure, reliable, and scalable systems across the business. This role is hands-on with both infrastructure and team leadership, offering the opportunity to shape IT strategy in a critical and fast-evolving industry.

As IT Manager, you will oversee our AWS network / server environment, lead the Help Desk team, and partner with business leaders to implement solutions that improve productivity and support growth. You’ll also be responsible for IT security, vendor relationships, and budget oversight.

What You’ll Do

Lead IT operations, support services, and system upgrades

Oversee AWS network / server infrastructure and performance

Ensure network security, compliance, and disaster recovery planning

Manage and develop Help Desk team

Partner with leadership to align IT strategy with business goals

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master’s preferred)

10+ years of progressive IT experience, with 5+ in leadership

Strong AWS, server, and networking expertise

Proven ability to manage IT budgets, projects, and vendor relationships

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
