Key Responsibilities

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC / R equipment including chillers, boilers, rooftop units, and split systems.
• Diagnose electrical, control, and mechanical issues and replace or repair components such as compressors, fans, pumps, and thermostats.
• Perform preventative maintenance and conduct detailed inspections on commercial HVAC systems.
• Document key metrics such as pressure, airflow, temperature, and humidity.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain all required certifications.
• Accurately complete daily service reports and communicate effectively with team members and customers.
• Participate in rotating on-call duties and flexible shift work when needed.
