Job description

Baptist Health Corbin has received the American College of Cardiologys NCDR Chest Pain MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award. Baptist Health Corbin is one of only 262 hospitals nationwide to receive the honor.

Baptist Health Medical Group is seeking a BC / BE General Cardiologist, to join Baptist Health Medical Group Heart Specialists located in Corbin, Kentucky. Our physician-led program is seeking an energetic and compassionate physician to join us.

  • Practice has 4 Physicians, 3 APRNs, 2 : 1 MA and support staff
  • Office hours : Monday Thursday 8 : 00AM-4 : 30PM and Friday 8 : 00AM-12 : 00PM

Baptist Health's experienced staff provides comprehensive cardiology services for heart patients.

Our services include :

  • Fast heart attack response and STEMI program
  • Non-invasive cardiology services : EKG, Holter monitors, echocardiogram and stress tests with an accredited echocardiogram lab.
  • Radiology : nuclear studies and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).
  • 2 Cardiac catheterization Labs
  • Electrophysiology studies. Leading-edge technology to diagnose many heart conditions without surgery.
  • Cardiac rehabilitation program.
  • Device implantation : New devices, including bi-ventricular pacemaker and bi-ventricular implantable cardiodefibrillator (ICD)
