A company is looking for a Patient Access Specialist - Telecom (22 Hours / Week).
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate department
Perform TeleNurse Intake duties and maintain communication during emergencies
Adhere to patient service standards and report workflow issues to management
Required Qualifications
High School graduate or GED required
Minimum of one (1) year of medical office and / or phone experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred
Proficient typing skills required
Intermediate computer skills and knowledge of software programs
