Sales Liaison – IDN Partnerships

Horizon Infusions is seeking an experienced healthcare sales professional with strong IDN and hospital system experience. If you know how to navigate complex health-system structures, build multi-level relationships, and drive specialty referrals, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Expand Horizon’s presence across large IDNs and affiliated practices.
• Build relationships with specialty departments (neurology, rheumatology, GI, ID, etc.).
• Educate providers and staff on our ambulatory infusion services.
• Identify opportunities, schedule meetings, and execute high-impact outreach.
• Engage referral coordinators, practice managers, and key department stakeholders.
• Maintain a clean CRM pipeline and provide market insights to leadership.
