• Position : Assembler, Full-time
• Assembler Pay Rate :
• $18 / hr. (Day Shift) $18 / hr + $2 / hr shift differential (Night Shift)
• Shifts Available : 6
• am - 6pm (Day Shift), 6pm - 6am (Night Shift)
• Rotating Schedule :
• 2 days ON, 2 days OFF, 3 days ON, 2 days OF
• Example

2 days on : You will be scheduled to work for two consecutive days.

2 days off : After your two workdays, you will have two consecutive days off.

3 days on : Following your initial two days off, you will then work for three consecutive days.

2 days off : Finally, you will have two more consecutive days off before the cycle repeats.

As an Assembler Level 1 you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies to create finished products. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will impact our production efficiency and product quality by ensuring accurate assembly and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.

• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assemble components and subassemblies according to blueprints, work instructions, and quality standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve any issues that may arise.

• YOU MUST HAVE
• 6+ Months experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
• Ability to stand for a 12 hour shift.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
