Maintain a clean and happy environment for guests and teammates. Ensure exceptional, positive experiences for our diverse team members and guests.

  • Perform various hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards.
  • Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed.
  • Assist guests by providing linens, terry, amenities, or information as requested.
  • Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly, guest service with a +1 Service attitude.

  • Thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies
  • Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow directions (verbal and written)

    • Realize a variety of hotel cleaning services to maintain clean guest rooms according to the established standards. Visually inspect rooms to help identify maintenance items needed. Help guests whenever possible by providing them with bedding, towels, amenities, or information they request. You may be asked to help in the laundry / clean public spaces when necessary. Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service while discovering and responding to requests, inquiries, and complaints in a quick and efficient manner with a +1 Service attitude. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team members and guests. Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week and our busiest days are weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Working on Saturday and Sunday may be a requirement for this position.

  • Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Requires a thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures, as well as cleaning supplies.
  • Requires the ability to work without direct supervision.
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Requires the ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift.
  • Requires the ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities.
  • Requires the ability to lift 25 35 pounds intermittently during the workday.
  • Reports to the Executive of Cleaning / Assistant General Manager.
  • Maintains and promotes a positive and cooperative working relationship with all hotel departments.
