What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the residential community, verifying identification and credentials of residents, visitors, and vendors according to site-specific procedures.

Provide customer service to residents and guests by assisting with inquiries and delivering information about community guidelines and procedures.

Assist in responding to incidents and critical situations within the community in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized entry and report security-related irregularities.

Document and report security-related incidents, maintenance needs, and any unusual activity observed during shift.

Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific protocols and Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements :

Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.

Access control and / or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
