Job Description

Site Supervisor :

• Oversee and manage luxury residential construction projects from start to completion.
• Ground up Custom Homes
• Prepare, review, and manage RFIs and submittals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Utilize Procore software to manage project documentation and streamline communication.
• Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Address and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of project activities and milestones.
• Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders.
