Support Provided :
District Office will provide licensure courses for Property, Casualty, Life and Health - at no cost to youDistrict Office will provide training for all sales, marketing, product knowledge, and customer care solutionsAgency will provide an ample amount of leads to be worked, including internet leads, telemarketer leads, and in-house leadsAgent will provide themselves as a mentorWe are based in Burnsville, MN. Responsibilities
Program Details :
Trained to sell Property, Casualty, Life and Health insuranceYou will obtain your insurance producer licensed in Property, Casualty, Life and Health from the state of MN6-12 months in the program (Time is based upon each person individually)Work closely with the Agent to gain an understanding of the Agent roleWork closely with your District Office to gain coaching and mentoring for the Agent roleWill be provided with leads and clientele to help generate salesImmersed into the Farmers Insurance culture and the insurance industry as a wholeGenerate leads an actively pursue new business opportunitiesContact 10-15 prospects per day via phoneGather and qualify lead information for each householdPrepare sales quotes and presentationsFollow-up with prospects and customersMeet with customers face-to-face and / or via phone for sales presentationsSetup and establish new household accountsRequirements
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Licensing :
Must hold relevant state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) or be willing to obtain them within a specified timeframe.
Skills :
