Human Resource Specialist
This position is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the HR Manager in supporting all departments. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas : recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance.

Knowledge / Education Requirements
A. Bachelor's degree Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Accounting, or related field or equivalent HR experience.
B. PHR or SHRM-CP certification
C. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
D. Maintain confidentiality, position will work with employee personal information.
E. Work independently, self-motivated individual that requires little supervision.
F. Good human relations skills to deal effectively with employee concerns and difficult issues and to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others.
G. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, position will work across all departments and must be able to effectively communicate with these departments, orally and written.
H. Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and HRIS systems.
