We are seeking aResidential Drafterto join our team.The ideal candidate isfast, accurate, and detail-oriented, with strong drafting skills and an understanding of residential construction. This is adrafting-only position; no design, concept development, or client presentations will be required. The interview process may include a hands-on assessment of AutoCAD skills.

Responsibilities :

• Produce detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings in AutoCAD.
• Follow instructions and design concepts provided by the architect or designer.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and code requirements.
• Manage and organize drawing files efficiently.
