Occupational Health Licensed Practical Nurse - Full Time

Job Description

Provides patient care in an office setting under the supervision of the medical provider. Meets the communication needs of the employee / patient, employer, and medical provider. Occupational Health Nurses are responsible for many functions in their role that is significant to the investigation, treatment, and prevention of workplace-related injuries and illnesses. Conducts physical assessments and drug screening for pre-employment. Maintains and follows regulatory requirement and policies and procedures. Communicates with medical providers, employers, and staff about patient's clinical condition.

Required Skills

Minimum Education : 2 Year Degree, graduate of an accredited nursing school

Required License / Certification / Registration : Current Kentucky or Multi-State License / Basic Life Support Certification
