Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel's quality standards. This includes checking for cleanliness, operational functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Report issues to the appropriate department for maintenance or further cleaning.
• Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, standards, and use of equipment. Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to existing staff to maintain and improve service quality.
• Document inspection results, identify recurring issues, and communicate findings to housekeeping management. Prepare daily or weekly reports as required.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints related to room cleanliness or maintenance, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Oversee the inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities. Request supplies as needed to prevent shortages.
• Collaborate with housekeeping teams, maintenance, and front desk to ensure rooms are ready for occupancy on schedule.
• Adhere to all safety and security procedures to protect guests, staff, and property.
