Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Senior Salesforce Support Administrator. This role is crucial in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms to support business operations. The successful candidate will troubleshoot issues, manage integrations, and ensure system reliability while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless support experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• 7-10 years of strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Expertise in user management, case management, workflow automation, and data integrity
• Experience with SSO, LDAP, and REST API integrations
• Proficient in incident management, root cause analysis, and system performance monitoring
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Dynatrace, Splunk, Grafana, or Datadog
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred)
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Experience with Agile Scrum methodology
