The Role
We’re seeking a driven, personable, and relentless professional who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment. You will serve as the bridge between investors and the leadership team—managing relationships, coordinating transactions, and ensuring every investor receives top-tier service from first touch through funding.
This is not a 9–5 role. It requires a can-do attitude, comfort with fast-moving deals, and the willingness to go the extra mile to get investments closed. You will frequently operate independently and will own the Investor Relations function.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Capital Formation : Support leadership in raising equity capital for funds and joint ventures.
- Investor Engagement : Serve as the point of contact for prospective and current investors, managing follow-ups, correspondence, and relationship-building.
- Fundraising Execution : Own the fundraising calendar, including meetings, conferences, roadshows, and CRM management to ensure disciplined follow-up.
- Materials & Communications : Draft investor-facing emails, coordinate Q&A, and partner with investment teams to prepare pitchbooks, memos, and diligence responses.
- Pipeline Management : Maintain the fundraising pipeline, track progress, and ensure focus on high-priority opportunities. Utilize AI tools to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Growth Path : Play a key role in shaping the Investor Relations function. Top performers can grow into VP / Head of IR or a Chief of Staff track with meaningful firm-wide influence.
Minimum Qualifications
Education : Bachelor’s degree from a leading university.Experience : 2–5 years in investment banking, private equity, fundraising, or another high-performance investing environment.Core Skills :
