Deliver full-scope care including dry eye treatment, glaucoma management, and LASIK co-management in a tech-forward setting.

Utilize OCT, Optos, Humphrey VF, Fundus, and Corneal Topography with fully equipped exam lanes and cutting-edge tools.

Every OD is paired with a dedicated technician for efficient, high-quality exams.

Monday-Friday only-

no weekends or on-call

Enjoy clinical independence with mentorship from experienced providers. Clear leadership and equity pathways available as current partners scale back.

Compensation & Benefits

$150K-$170K+ DOE

15% net collections (17% after year one)

Can be structured for relocation, housing, or student loan repayment

Includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, malpractice, 401(k) with match, and CME stipend

3 weeks PTO, 2 weeks paid sick leave, and fully paid maternity leave

Equity-earning options, annual equity distribution for top producers, and retention bonus with 2-3 year commitment
