• Other Info : - EMR Training : Module (learn lessons) : Must be completed prior to first day; EMR Onsite training : only able to attend if modules are completed before training. Will be scheduled for onsite EMR training if modules are completed the morning of their first day.

• At least 2 yrs of experience
• Must be available for dates listed to be considered for ongoing dates.
• Must acknowledge / understand the EMR training requirements.
• Clean record (preferred) or Self-inquiry NPDB report is required.
