Schedule

Regular business hours, Monday-Friday, flexibility required for international time zones. Travel 0-5% per year, occasional air travel. 40 hrs / week, salaried position. Mandatory virtual team meeting each Tuesday at 5 : 30 p.m.

Compensation – Base Salary and Bonuses

Base salary : $65,000 per year.

Hire bonuses : $1,000–$3,000 per hire.

On-target earnings (Y1) : up to and exceeding $90,000.

Key performance indicator (Y1) : 10 hires.

Responsibilities

  • Source talent for outbound sales positions nationwide through job ads, cold calling, and cold emailing campaigns.
  • Conduct phone and web interviews, guiding candidates from first contact to first day on the job.
  • Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies for difficult placements and stay abreast of recruiting trends.
  • Maintain accurate activity reporting and attend weekly team meetings with executive team members.
  • Represent IST Management by leveraging online presence and social media to attract and engage potential candidates.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written.
  • Computer and internet savvy; fluency in MS Office.
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree is a plus.
  • Legal authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. required.
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions required.
  • Prior experience and proven success with cold calling and outbound B2B sales positions desired.
  • Experience in recruiting and familiarity with iCIMS or any other applicant tracking system is a plus.
