Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Member of Technical Staff - Backend, Alerting Platform & Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, implement, and ship enhancements and new features to core product capabilities using Go, deployed on Kubernetes across cloud platforms

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex product features that address key customer pain points

Mentor colleagues and build automated tests, tooling, and deployment infrastructure to improve efficiency

Required Qualifications

Experience owning projects from inception to delivery, collaborating with product managers and UX designers

Experience in working with large scale distributed systems

Fluency in a system level language such as Go, C++, Java, C#, or Rust

Passion for solving complex problems and empathy for customers

Curiosity and motivation to learn deep complex domain areas
