Our client, a leading organization in electrical connection and protection solutions, is seeking 2nd Shift Warehouse Technicians to join their team. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Technician, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution center team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : 2nd Shift Warehouse Technicians

Location : New Berlin, WI

Pay Range : $17.00 per hour + $3.00 per hour shift premium

Shift : Monday - Friday, 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM

What's the Job?

  • Pick orders accurately using a smartphone-like device and motorized transport
  • Complete daily 5S tasks to maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
  • Receive inbound shipments and assist with outbound order packing and auditing
  • Follow safety policies and meet productivity standards consistently
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process enhancements

What's Needed?

  • Strong work ethic and keen attention to detail
  • Ability to accurately match visual information on a device with product labels
  • Focus on precise counting to ensure correct order fulfillment
  • Basic addition and multiplication skills
  • Ability to operate motorized equipment safely and work on your feet for extended periods
