Provide in-person and telehealth psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and / or families Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team with open consultation and support Maintain timely and clinically sound documentation Participate in peer case consultations and team-based learning Support a culture of clinical excellence, mutual respect, and belonging What You’ll Need : Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field. Active CA BBS license (LMFT) Strong commitment to building therapeutic relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes for clients. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
