This person should have a solid background in farming or agronomy and willing to learn details of the job. The position will consist of running large, self-propelled boom sprayers, some maintenance of equipment and other roles throughout the season. There is room to grow within the location with upcoming retirement so this is a real chance to work your way into realistic promotion. CDL required as well as KS state pesticide license- can help obtain both!

Full benefits, on the job training and help with licensing for the right person. Starting at $18 to 20 / hr with quick room for advancement along with overtime pay and bonuses! This position will yield $50,000 to $65,000++
