Support clients with coverage recommendations, billing, and policy updatesDrive new business by confidently presenting insurance solutions to prospectsCross-sell and up-sell additional products to existing clientsAssist with claims support offering empathy and reassurance during difficult timesFoster long-term relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and retentionFollow structured processes that ensure consistency and successCollaborate daily with your team to reach agency goals and celebrate winsRequirements
Active Washington P&C Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)Ability to work in-office at our Kent or Issaquah, WA locationBilingual (Spanish / English) a strong plusStrong communication, organization, and multitasking skillsDependable, punctual, and detail-orientedPassion for helping others and growing your career
