About the Role
A Japanese IT company engaged in system development, software sales, and website production is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its Production Department. The company provides end-to-end servicesfrom requirements definition and development to system testing, delivery, and maintenance.
In this role, you will be responsible for project coordination and management for website development and operations, acting as the key liaison between internal teams and clients.

You will participate in sales meetings, gather client requirements, and support the entire project cycle from marketing proposals centered around websites to implementation. Depending on your aptitude, you may also have opportunities to take on sales-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to gather and organize requirements, and share them with internal teams
• Propose web/EC-related marketing strategies
• Explain production progress and technical details to clients in an easy-to-understand way, including creating presentation materials
• Manage and coordinate schedules with internal and external stakeholders
• Perform quality checks on deliverables
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bilingual Japanese/English required
• Interest in Web/EC and digital services
