Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Level 2 Analyst to join the Special Services Division at AZGFD. This role provides advanced technical support and ensures smooth IT operations for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities :
Serve as systems administrator for tracking changes and additions in the web help desk ticketing system.Provide Level 2 support for portal and queue calls escalated from Level 1 analysts.Manage shipping and disposal of end-of-life IT assets.Handle password and access requests for new hires and initial setups.Track and implement PC refresh projects.Assist with HQ communications and AV setup in conference rooms.Deliver exceptional customer support for internal and external stakeholders.Utilize and support Google Microsoft and Adobe systems.Required Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum 2 years as a Service Desk Analyst.Education : Associates degree (must be listed on resume).Preferred Skills :
Experience with ticketing systems.Google Suite / Workspace proficiency.Microsoft Office Suite expertise.Adobe product experience.IT asset management (End-of-Life assets).Key Skills
