The Center for Human Development, (CHD) is seeking a CNA Certified Direct Care staff to join our team in Belchertown, MA. We provide direct care services within a Medical Group Living Environment.

As a CNA Certified Direct Care staff, you will provide direct care services in the intensive clinical group living environment that serves five clients with complex mental health related needs. Responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to :

• Teaching ADL skills as needed to the individual served.
• Crisis intervention
• Medication administration
• Teaching independent living skills by implementing the community service plans

REQUIRMENTS :

Pay rate is $20.00 / hr. and includes a phenomenal benefits like, Dental, Health and Life insurance. Paid time off, earned vacation time and paid holidays just to name a few.
