Customer Care Representative
United Fleet Management (UFM) is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Care Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting our customers throughout the full vehicle leasing lifecyclefrom initial interest to vehicle pickup / delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for customer accounts, ensuring each step is managed with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency.
Full Time Position Starting @ $20 / hour
Key Responsibilities
- Manage both new and existing customer accounts with professionalism and consistency
- Facilitate motor vehicle checks to ensure driver eligibility and compliance
- Create and manage vehicle lease agreements using DocuSign
- Collect and verify insurance documentation
- Schedule appointments for vehicle pickups and returns
- Proactively communicate with customers via phone and email regarding account status, documentation, and next steps
- Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in our system (PEGA) for all customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Uphold UFM's standards for customer satisfaction, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Explain our lease program to potential lessees
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Make additional follow-up phone calls / emails to potential leads
