Job Description
The Nurse Practitioner (NP) provides comprehensive patient assessments within the designated service, including history taking and physical exams, both in person and remotely.
They collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure efficient, high-quality care that aligns with established standards and protocols.
The NP reviews medical records, orders diagnostic tests, and maintains communication across departments to promote continuity of care.
They delegate and coordinate team activities, demonstrate safety and emergency response skills, and participate in staff development and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications include 3-5 years of experience, a master's degree in Nursing (Adult, Family Practice, or Women's Health NP), and relevant California licensure and certifications.
The role is full-time with benefits, offering a salary starting at $150,000, and prefers bilingual candidates (Spanish) and those willing to relocate to Glendora, CA.
