Maintenance Supervisor 5

Our client, a leading Automotive manufacturing organization, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives. Job Title : Maintenance Supervisor 5 Location : Wyoming, MI Pay Range : $38 - $42 per hour Candidate needs to be able to work any shift 1 st, 2 nd or 3 rd Shift. Monday-Friday. Will work Saturdays & Sundays some weeks. What's the Job? Implement and actively support corporate safety policies, initiatives, and plant housekeeping standards. Diagnose equipment malfunctions, determine root causes, and initiate immediate and long-term corrections. Support plant in achieving Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, and Cost goals. Supervise construction and maintenance projects to ensure timely and quality completion. Train, develop, and evaluate employees to foster a high-performance team environment. What's Needed? Must be willing to work any assigned shift, including daily, weekend, and holiday overtime as required. Ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings accurately. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical concepts relevant to manufacturing environments. Experience in supervising multi-trade workforce and supporting safety standards.
