The Occidental is seeking Maitre'd candidates who are passionate about service and hospitality leadership. The ideal candidate has experience running the door of a high-volume restaurant and is well-versed in managing reservation system(s). Candidates should have strong communication skills, an affinity for making guests feel welcome, and possess both confidence and composure in working within a dynamic environment.
