Ingredient Sales Manager

Gpac is seeking an Ingredient Sales Manager for an international ingredients company. This role is 100% remote with travel (approx. 50%) and would prefer someone near an airport in the Western and Midwest or Eastern US region.

The purpose of this role is to gain new business relationships with companies that would buy additive ingredients from the company as their supplier for their finished products. This would be B2B selling to businesses that create products like energy drink brands, dietary foods, supplements, or similar. They have several plants across East Asia where they would import their products into the US for their clients.

Here are the qualifications :

• 7+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry or pet food industry
• Bachelor's Degree required
• 7+ years of experience in ingredient / industrial sales experience National Account Sales needed for 3 or more years
• Experience with calling on manufacturers or distributors to sell ingredients products
• Experience / understanding with contract negotiations and cost analysis

This role would have a base salary (120k-150k) with commission structure with other benefits. This role does not provide health insurance or 401k.
