Job Title : Maintenance Tech

Job Description

The primary role is to repair, maintain, and improve all equipment associated with the production of die cast parts. This includes die cast machines, presses, robots, electric melting furnaces and pre-heaters, CNCs, and other related assembly equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair on die cast machines, presses, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
• Read and understand blueprints for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Utilize knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs for troubleshooting purposes.
• Troubleshoot and program Motoman and ABB robots.
• Engage in fabrication activities as needed.

Work Environment

This position offers shift flexibility with openings on different shifts. Employees work every other weekend, alternating between 56-hour and 40-hour weeks. The work involves maintaining a variety of equipment in a production environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $77459.00 / yr.
