We are a 120-bed not-for-profit nursing facility offering advanced healthcare while providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative services for both long and short term residents. Located on eight beautiful landscaped acres, we also provide sub-acute services, wound care and respite services.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Must possess B.S., (Masters Preferred). Must possess current CTRS. Must possess a minimum of 1-3 years (in the last 5 years) prior Supervisory / Lead experience in a social or recreational program preferably in a LTC facility in a Director / Coordinator capacity. Must have knowledge of the MDS, ADL & EMR documentation programs. Must be able to perform; health needs assessments, develop activities, conduct surveys of special interests to the residents care plan assessments, subsequent reassessments of the MDS 3.0 and any other state mandated documentation for recreation. Responsible for the planning, development and coordination of the Facility’s Volunteer & Pet Therapy Programs program. Must assist in the recruiting interviewing orientating & evaluating Therapeutic & Volunteer staff. Maintains all hours for staff & volunteers. Must possess creativity in generating revenue for special functions for recreational activities by sponsoring outside vendors, conduct 50 / 50 raffles etc. Researches available grants / donors for funds applicable to assist in special program funding. Must possess good interpersonal skills, communicate & interact professionally with the other members of the interdisciplinary team. Must be able to exemplify INRC’s standards as a role model in adhering to all policies, including attendance and punctuality guidelines.
Must be able to bend, turn, push, pull and lift up to 50lbs without restrictions or limitations.
