We are seeking an outstanding individual to spearhead our client's rapidly expanding training division in New Jersey. This pivotal role involves leading the entire lifecycle of our training programs, from innovative course development and expert delivery to strategic partnership management and ecosystem expansion. Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of training business leadership. This includes owning the entire training lifecycle : sales, logistics, course and exam voucher ordering, and student registration management.

You will cultivate and grow relationships with our valued training partners, leveraging instructor resources and forging strategic alliances to expand revenue through partnerships.

A crucial aspect of this role is championing our strategic alignment with the DVMS Institute, ensuring training programs are integrated with its solutions and service models.

You will also lead internal training programs, drive growth in SkillsTX's SFIA-based skills assessment platform, and support our Cybersecurity Internship Program through collaboration with colleges and universities.

Qualifications for Success

To excel in this role, you must possess a proven ability to write and deliver compelling technical training in cybersecurity, coupled with demonstrated success in managing training programs, instructor teams, and partnerships.

Experience in spearheading training capture efforts in Federal, SLED, and commercial markets is a non-negotiable requirement.

A strong understanding of the NIST NICE & SFIA Frameworks and related educational standards, along with industry-recognized certifications (e.g., ISC² CISSP, CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ / CASP+, Cisco), is required.

Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential in this role.

Candidates must be open to travel and reside within a four-hour drive of our Wyckoff, NJ headquarters, with a commute of two hours or less preferred.

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (a Master's degree is preferred) is expected.

Must have 7+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, ITSM / ITOM, or technical training.

Three years in a leadership role are required.

Projected Pay Range

The projected pay range for an Instructor Leader / Training Program Director in Wyckoff, NJ is typically between $90,000 and $130,000 annually.
