Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employed Outpatient onlyA well-established Internal Medicine practice in South Haven, Michigan is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician for a full-time, hospital-employed outpatient position. This role offers a collaborative care environment in a beautiful lakeside community. Position Highlights : Minimal call with after-hours nurse triage support Team-based care model with ambulatory care manager, social worker, pharmacist, and nurse triage Rural Health Clinic with flexible scheduling; availability as early as 7 : 30 AM or as late as 7 : 00 PM one day a week Monday - Friday schedule with work-life balance focus
