Job description24-hour call coverage throughout the assignment. Weekend call and rounding as part of the assignment. Medication Management : Physicians will handle their own medication management. EMR System : Meditech. Support Team : Includes experienced RNs and patient care technicians. Board Certification / Eligibility : Required in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Experience : Prior experience in inpatient rehabilitation is preferred but not mandatory. Licensing : Active Indiana medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to the start date. We are seeking a Physiatry (Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation) physician to provide locum tenens coverage in a hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation unit in Indiana. This assignment offers an excellent opportunity to practice in a supportive and collaborative environment with a well-rounded team of healthcare professionals.
Position Details :
- Location : Near Crane, Indiana.
- Dates : December 24, 2024 (7 : 00 AM) - January 3, 2025 (7 : 00 AM).
- Coverage Type : Inpatient rehabilitation unit, including admissions, discharges, care planning, and daily rounds.
- Daily Patient Volume : Approximately 10-12 patients.
- Schedule :
Daytime rounding on-site.
