Position Overview Compensation:

• $100k-$200k *This pay range represents an average based on commission opportunity* This is an exciting opportunity to join our Sales Team as the welcoming face of Stylecraft.
• Sales Executives are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience by touring model homes and communities, presenting and explaining purchase agreements, and leading key meetings throughout the homebuilding journey.
• What You Will Do Guide prospective buyers through model homes and home sites, showcasing the features and benefits of our properties.
• Follow up with all leads using Stylecraft Builders’ proven sales process to build strong customer relationships and drive sales.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date marketing materials and signage within the model home and community.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local Realtor associations to enhance referral opportunities.
• Enter and manage customer data and sales activity in Stylecraft’s CRM system to ensure organized and efficient follow-up. What You Will Bring High School Diploma with a minimum of one (1) year experience in sales.
• New Home Sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to work weekends and some holidays.
• Excellent networking, follow up, phone and client prospect management skills.
• Well organized with ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.
• High level of verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
