Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation : $400,000+ Annual Income
  • Guaranteed Base Salary : $315,000
  • Production Bonus : Generous wRVU model (75th percentile rate) and quality bonus incentives
  • Sign-On Bonus : Sign-on, relocation assistance, and stipends available
  • Student Loan Repayment : $25,000 tax-free annual loan assistance
