Position Details : This position is located in Ada, OK at the SE District Extension Office. This position provides financial and administrative support for extension educators located in the county extension office. The successful candidate will work with the Extension Finance Team as they provide financial services and complete financial related processes and tasks for all the counties within the district. This individual will :

• Maintain accurate financial records using Quicken and / or QuickBooks, including expense tracking, account reconciliation and budget monitoring.
• Process and document all purchasing transactions in compliance with organizational and grant guidelines for county, area and district staff.
• Prepare and submit purchase orders, invoices, and reimbursement requests

Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

Required Qualifications

2 years of financial or accounting experience. Post-secondary education may be substituted for experience.

Certifications, Registrations, and / or Licenses :

Valid Driver’s License.

Skills, Proficiencies, and / or Knowledge :

Proficient in Microsoft Office. Excellent people skills. Ability to multi-task; yet pay particular attention to details. Good organizational skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

3 years of financial or accounting experience.
