What Youll Do
- Be the first friendly, knowledgeable voice clients reach when tech hiccups happen.
- Troubleshoot Windows, networking, and printing issues remotely.
- Walk users through fixes in plain English speak tech when needed, but always in a way that makes clients feel confident, not confused or talked down to.
- Document work clearly in our ticketing system.
- Configure or deploy PCs, software, and devices as needed.
- Occasionally assist our field team on installations or escalated projects.
What Were Looking For
Solid understanding of Windows environments and networking basics.13 years of IT helpdesk or desktop support experience preferred (but not required).Friendly, patient communicator who enjoys helping people.Strong troubleshooting and follow-through skills.Reliable transportation and the ability to lift 50 lbs when assisting on-site.Eagerness to learn and grow in a specialized, fast-moving IT field.Someone whos as good with people as they are with computers no ego, no tech?speak showdowns, just excellent service with a smile.The Perks
