Summary :
This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the Pricebook system by executing item setups, promotions, and vendor configurations. The position supports stores with issue resolution, performs regular system maintenance, and supports Pricebook interactions with Maverik’s Point of Sales system to support pricing and promotional accuracy.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Accurately input items and promotions (manual and automated) into the Pricebook system.
- Partner with In-Store Pricing team to ensure retail prices are properly programmed.
- Provide support to stores by resolving Pricebook-related issues and responding to inquiries.
- Import vendor and distributor pricing files to ensure up-to-date and accurate data.
- Assist in establishing and improving processes to enhance Pricebook efficiency and accuracy.
- Run Pricebook analytics and reporting as required.
Role Requirements :
This role is cell phone stipend eligible and supports an 24 / 7 operation. Occasional after-hours, weekend, or holiday work may be required to respond to urgent issues or service calls.Qualifications : Education
Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or Information Systems preferred; Associate degree may also be considered.Qualifications : Experience
1+ years of experience in retail, price book, merchandising, accounting, or inventory management.Experience using retail systems such as ERP, POS, or Pricebook systems.Experience with data entry and accuracy.Qualifications : Team Member Leadership Skills

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range : $51K - $63K / yearly
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Maverik considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
