We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for leading technology-focused projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. The IT Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to implement innovative solutions that align with organizational goals.

What You Will Be Doing

\n \n

  • Lead and manage multiple concurrent IT projects across infrastructure, application development, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.

\n

  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

    • \n

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.

    • \n

  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for seamless execution of projects.

    • \n

  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies.

    • \n

  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

    • \n

  • Ensure all projects adhere to IT governance, compliance, and security policies.

    • \n

  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical business units, translating requirements into actionable tasks.

    • \n

  • Support post-implementation reviews to measure project success and identify opportunities for improvement.

    • \n

  • Other duties as assigned.

    Your Background

    \n \n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).

    • \n

  • 3–5+ years of proven experience managing IT projects in areas such as infrastructure, cloud migration, system upgrades, or software development.

    • \n

  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, systems, and best practices.

    • \n

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet).

    • \n

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

    • \n

  • Experience with project management methodologies.

    • \n

  • PMP, CAPM, or Agile / Scrum certification is a plus.

    • \n

  • U.S Citizenship required.

    • \n

  • Experience in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure environments preferred.

    • \n

  • Knowledge of ITIL frameworks and IT service management practices preferred.

  • The performance of this position involves exposure to construction or industrial areas where the use of personal protective equipment such as safety glasses, hard hats and hearing protection is required.
