About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated  PRN Registered Nurse (RN)  to join our in-home care team. This position is ideal for a skilled nurse who values flexibility and enjoys providing personalized, one-on-one care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities

Complete patient  admissions and start-of-care assessments

Conduct  supervisory visits  to ensure high-quality care delivery

Document all visits and assessments in compliance with agency and regulatory requirements

Communicate with caregivers, physicians, and the care team to support patient needs

Provide education and guidance to patients and their families

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting independence and safety in the home

Qualifications

Active  Registered Nurse (RN) license  in the state of Georgia

Home health experience preferred but not required

Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
